JOLIE

Meet Jolie Adams! Jolie started attending CCS in 5th grade. She is currently involved in our school’s National Honors Society, Nonesuch performances, and she played Volleyball from 5th to 11th grade. 

 

Any long-term plans?: [Plans on attending college.] I’ll probably follow my parents footsteps and be a business person in some way. In a perfect world my dream city is New York without the awful COLD winter. 

 

What is your favorite place and/or favorite thing to do in Chattanooga?: I love the car ride vibes of Chatt. It’s made driving a lot more special to me.

 

What is something important you’ve learned or acquired while at CCS?: Being at CCS has allowed me to think more deeply about my faith and allows me to think more deeply about how society has conditioned us to think about certain topics. 

 

What makes CCS special to you?: The community, I love how close we are. Some freshmen are best friends with seniors which is something a lot of schools don’t have. Plus, we have the best school spirit— BOLT UP!

 

Anything else you want us to know about you?: My AMAZING one line jokes.

 

 

KATIE

Meet Katie Lukens! Katie started attending CCS in 10th grade. She is currently involved with our school’s cross country/track program, and is a field day leader.

 

Any extracurriculars outside of CCS?: I participated in the volunteer program at Erlanger.

 

Any long-term plans?: [Plans on attending college.] My dream is to be a nurse or nurse practitioner.

 

What is your favorite place and/or favorite thing to do in Chattanooga?: My favorite thing to do in Chattanooga is to hand out and spend time with my youth group. 

 

What is something important you’ve learned or acquired while at CCS?: I’ve learned how to work together in a community of peers and believers to accomplish a goal. 

 

What makes CCS special to you?: CCS is special to me because it gives me the opportunity to chase my dreams in a Christian environment while growing in my faith in Christ. All the teachers and staff work hard to help me accomplish my goals and dreams like no other school has. 

 

Anything else you want us to know about you?: I love being around people and getting to know new folks. I wouldn’t be where I am today without all my friends and family walking along side me!

JOSHUA

Meet Joshua Kapp! Joshua started attending CCS in Kindergarten. He is currently involved with CCS’ Robotics, Chess, and “Super Smash Bros” teams. 

 

Any extracurriculars outside of CCS?: Gaming, Dungeons & Dragons, Writing

Any long-term plans?: [Plans on attending college.] I’d love to work at a video game studio, hopefully Activision Blizzard.

 

What is your favorite place and/or favorite thing to do in Chattanooga?: Chattanooga Football Club Games.

 

What is something important you’ve learned or acquired while at CCS?: Different people get the same thing done in different ways.

 

What makes CCS special to you?: My friends and the rest of the student body.

 

Anything else you want us to know about you?: I love to laugh, so come tell me your best jokes.

ANNA

Meet Anna Davis! Anna started attending CCS in 10th grade. She is currently involved with CCS’ Theatre Department, International Thespian Society, Praise Band, Storm Cell, Surf Club, and is a Chapel Representative. 

 

Any extracurriculars outside of CCS?: Merchandise Table at Red Wolves Games, Extreme D-Wooder (Dollywooder), photography, watching Friends.

Any long-term plans?: [Plans on attending college.] Missionary teaching elementary ed students in either Greece or South Africa! 

 

What is your favorite place and/or favorite thing to do in Chattanooga?: Thrifting and MOJO! 

 

What is something important you’ve learned or acquired while at CCS?: Community is vital. 

 

What makes CCS special to you?: The community. 

 

Anything else you want us to know about you?: I love the beach and animals are my passion.
